Having completed our second project in the busy Soho location of Greek Street for the same client, we have taken great pleasure in the finish achieved in converting this existing structure to 10 beautiful residential dwellings.
The works consisted of the renovation and upgrade of two separate Grade II listed buildings along Greek Street, to form residential accommodation to the upper floors and retail space at ground floor level.
The projects were delivered via a traditional contract, where we worked closely with the client’s design team, planners, conservationists and the English Heritage to carefully remodel both of the properties within budget and programme.
Located centrally within Soho with all of the usual constraints, such as limited access and little or no storage space, which required a carefully managed approach to the provision of welfare, storage and just-in-time material deliveries.
