Cladding Installation Progress

The team at Canary Wharf have commenced the cladding installation on the West elevation, from L1 to L7, installing the ISM, Breather membrane, C Channels and Brackets. Once completed, the fire cavity barrier will be installed, together with the rails, followed by the insulation.

Once this first fix has been completed, we will be ready to install the panels, once they have been fabricated and delivered to site.

The balcony decking, waterproofing and rain water outlet strategy is near completion, to be reviewed next week, and will be then rolled out across all 136 balconies in readiness for the decking to be installed.

The team are working conscientiously to complete the works, and we look forward to seeing the project progress to completion.
